1. Who we are
LeadSaza is a business platform for managing organizations, users, leads, conversations, billing, application access and related integrations. This Privacy Policy explains how LeadSaza collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use LeadSaza, including integrations with Meta products and Razorpay payment services.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, organization name, role, branch, department and billing email. We may also collect lead and customer information such as contact name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, company name, city, state, country, product interest, lead source, campaign details, messages, follow-up notes, assignment status and activity history.
We collect technical information needed to operate and secure the platform, including login activity, IP address, API keys, webhook events, audit logs, access timestamps, error logs and integration health status.
3. Meta integration data
When a customer connects Meta services, LeadSaza may process information from Meta platforms such as Facebook Pages, Instagram lead forms, Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Cloud API. This may include Page IDs, Page names, form IDs, form names, campaign data, lead form answers, WhatsApp phone number IDs, WhatsApp profile names, message IDs, message text, delivery statuses and webhook payloads.
LeadSaza uses Meta OAuth permissions only to support requested business workflows, including connecting Pages, syncing lead forms, receiving leadgen webhooks, receiving WhatsApp messages, and creating or updating leads inside the customer's LeadSaza account. Meta access tokens and app secrets are stored in encrypted form where the platform stores them.
4. Razorpay payment data
When Razorpay is used for billing or payment collection, LeadSaza may send or receive information required to create orders, subscriptions, invoices, receipts and payment status records. This may include customer name, email address, phone number, organization name, plan, amount, currency, payment status, Razorpay order ID, payment ID, invoice ID and related transaction metadata.
Card, UPI, net banking and wallet payment details are processed by Razorpay. LeadSaza does not intend to store full card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs or banking passwords on its servers.
5. How we use information
We use personal information to provide the LeadSaza platform, authenticate users, manage organizations and permissions, receive and organize leads, route leads to teams, show reports, maintain audit logs, synchronize integrations, process billing, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing and subprocessors
We share information only as needed to operate LeadSaza and connected services. This may include sharing data with Meta for connected Meta workflows, Razorpay for payment processing, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, analytics or monitoring providers, and professional advisers where required. We do not sell personal information.
7. Data retention
LeadSaza keeps personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law and support security auditing. Customers may request deletion of integration data when they disconnect a Meta or Razorpay integration or close their LeadSaza account, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
8. Data deletion and user requests
To request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, contact us at privacy@leadsaza.com. For Meta-related data deletion requests, include the connected Page, business name, phone number or email address used with the integration so we can locate the relevant records.
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize eligible records from active systems and remove connected tokens where applicable, unless retention is required for legal, security, billing or audit reasons.
9. Security
LeadSaza uses access controls, tenant scoping, encrypted secrets, audit logging and webhook verification mechanisms to help protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and loss.
10. International transfers
LeadSaza, Meta, Razorpay and infrastructure providers may process information in different locations depending on the services used. By using LeadSaza and connected integrations, customers authorize this processing where required to provide the service.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, integrations or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
